The
SAM-CT12BGA TYPE-F safely and completely cuts
integrated circuit pieces from a BGA frame.
It automatically
supplies stacked frames from a frame magazine, detects boards that
are no good, cuts automatically, then loads onto a carrier frame
and
stocks into a magazine rack.
A bit change
function and computer control software come
as standard. |
