stripping. These
levels of detection can be set during crimping to combat core abnormalities
and miscrimping. The
C551/C555A/C558A can sort out and discard bad wires from good ones
without halting production. If
three wires with the same problem are detected in a row, the machine
will stop to allow to investigate and correct the problem.
Straightener
with Wire run-out Sensor (For Thick Wire ) Straightens
the wire and detects the existence of the wire. When
there is no wire, it stops the machine automatically.

same sensor as the strip sensor is used to detect the connection
and existence of wire. Since
it is a non-contact sensor, it provides better reliability and durability.
