This In-Line Marking system mark bar codes on Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
It consists of 2 X -Y gantries.
The 1st stage marks graphic or bar codes .
The 2nd stage uses a scanner to verify the readability of the mark codes.
A 'bad-board' marker marker marks the PCB if there is a failed board.
To salvage the failed board, an attached printer automatically reprint out the bar code for manual labeling over the rejected mark.
