The programming
software is built on a Windows NT platform with a user friendly

routing functions for optimum performance.
Programming
can be done both on and off line through the processing software,

Bit to
PCB alignment is done through the teaching camera mounted to the
router head.

Features
This In-Line
Marking system mark bar codes on Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
It consists
of 2 X -Y gantries.
The 1st
stage marks graphic or bar codes .
The 2nd
stage uses a scanner to verify the readability of the mark codes.
A 'bad-board'
marker marker marks the PCB if there is a failed board.
To salvage
the failed board, an attached printer automatically reprint out
the bar code for manual labeling over the rejected mark.
Stored
Information of the codes prevent repeatability, provides traceability

Features
Eliminates the need operator dependant variable like time of thawing,
time of stirring and the method and force used during the stir mixing
process.
Once the process parameters is determined, it can be easily specified,
followed and documented.
Make use of centrifugal forces to mix the paste.
The paste inside the jar rotate about the main spindle, it also
rotates along its own horizontal axis thereby ensuring that the
paste is thoroughly mixed. During the shearing (mixing) process,
heat is generated and this raise the temperature of the paste. This
results in a well mixed paste to room temperature within a few minute
under a controlled process.
Eliminates the need for solder paste scrap due to wrong handling
process.
